• Can I do recording with ETUSTV Box or make it a PVR?
Yes ETUSTV offers this amazing feature. Now you can watch and also record live shows. You need to purchase separately, a SATA Hard Drive, of 2-1/2 Inch Size. This hard Drive will be installed inside the ETUSTV Box, by opening the bottom cover. And an External Hard Drive will help you to download some of the recorded movies etc. but will not work as a PVR.

• How Can I perform the recording?
Just press Record button on your ETUSTV remote control - it may pause your show but you should press the same button again for it to play. Your recording is already started. You may also be able to record one show and watch an other but sometimes there may be unexpected stops in recording. As long as you see the record sign on the box it should be recording.

• How Can I play or stop the recording?
From the Main Menu you can go to, Program Record, and then see the recorded shows. You can select and play the desired show. Also you can press the left key to stop or delete or set up timers for your recording.

• Can I watch stored content on ETUSTV?
Yes, you can watch Pictures, movies, videos (HD up to 1080p) downloaded on your memory stick. Most of the video and audio formats are supported but few types of formats may not work.
Plug in your external memory stick or external hard drive the USB port on your unit, then browse your USB media.

• Can I access YouTube on my ETUSTV?
Yes, popular YouTube content is easily accessible through ETUSTV. In order to search a video please highlight the search box and then press 'OK'. The letters and numbers will appear in the bottom to help you to add the text to the search area.

• What is included in ETUSTV Package?
ETUSTV Set top box, Remote Control, Audio/Video cable, Ethernet Wire, Power adapter, WIFI Adapter (or it may already be built in the box), HDMI cable.

• How Much Optimal Internet Speed is required for ETUSTV to work properly?
ETUSTV works best when you are getting 1.5 MBPS or more. You can connect to your router through the Ethernet wire or the wireless adapter (some models may have wi-fi or wireless adapter already built in the box). The internet speed keeps changing, depending on service, time and load on the network, but it should remain at least 1.5 Mbps to work properly (1Mbps speed may also work but the quality may suffer).

• How do I connect to my internet?
Ethernet wire connection to your internet router or modem (if it is close enough to your TV), is recommended. If it is not close or even in the other room or part of the house, you can use the Wifi or Wireless Adapter to connect to your network.

• What is the warranty process if my ETUSTV goes bad?
Your ETUSTV comes with a 120 Days warranty. If you have purchased our extended warranty then you have a WHOLE ONE year warranty. Also, please carefully read our warranty policy, given in detail on Warranty page.

• What is the return policy?
ETUSTV has a 7 days return policy. If you ship the unit back to us with in 7 days after receiving it, your payment will be refunded after deduction of 10% restocking fee. And customer will have to pay for any mail charges for returning the item.

• How to to return your product?
Please email returns@etus.tv and request for a Return Authorization Number which will be provided to you. Please ensure that you send in the package in its original form. Once the product reaches us it may take us up to 2 weeks to test the product and then mail out the check in your name with your refunded amount.
